Guest Cancellation Policy – Effective January 1, 2026

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage our reservation calendar effectively.

1. If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date:

  – A 10% cancellation fee applies.

  – The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card on file.

2. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date:

  – A 10% cancellation fee applies.

  – The remaining balance will be issued as a camp credit that can be used for a future stay.

Pets

REVISED RULES, REGULATIONS AND POOL RULES (Effective 7/16/2025)

  • The cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management.
  • Check out is 11:00 a.m. For later checkout please contact office staff for approval, prior to your checkout day.
  • A minimum of 48-Hour notice of checkout date required for refund. (No notice = No refund)
  • The speed limit in the resort is 5 mph.
  • Shoes or protective foot coverings must be always worn in the park.
  • NO ATV’s, side by sides, dirt bikes, quads, or any other motorized vehicle designed for off road use may be used on park property.
  • Drivers of golf carts must have a driver’s license and own liability insurance.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to register for a campsite.
  • A single site may be used by up to 5 people with 2 vehicles. Visitors and additional vehicles may be charged.
  • Only registered campers are permitted in the campground after 10 pm.
  • All campers and their visitors are to obey all municipal, county, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • No outside appliances – washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, household air conditioners etc.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Turn off all music and refrain from loud activities or noises.  If a neighbor camper is disturbing you, please notify the campground host.
  • Campfires may be limited or prohibited at certain times. All campfires must be attended to at all times.  Fire must be contained to the fire ring and flames are not to exceed the top of the fire ring.  Fires must be extinguished between 10 pm to 8 am.  Do not place materials other than firewood in the fire ring. 
  • Campers are to connect to the utilities on their designated site only. Plug-ins should not exceed the number of receptacles on each pedestal.  Water is for personal use only.  Washing cars, boats, or RVs is prohibited.
  • Use camper grade toilet tissue only and DO NOT flush feminine products.
  • Place bagged trash only in the dumpsters provided or take it with you. Unsuitable materials should not be disposed of on campsites or near the dumpsters.
  • Pets are the sole responsibility of their owners. Pets must always be restrained or on a leash no longer than 6 feet.  Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.  Pet Fencing must not exceed 42 inches tall. Limit to 3 pets per site, unless approved by management.
  • Dog BREED Restrictions are Pit Bulls, Rottweilers & Doberman Pinchers or any aggressive animals at the discretion of management.
  • A Pet Waiver Form must be signed by all guests with pets.
  • The laundry room is open 24 hours. NOTE: DO NOT wash pet items, comforters, heavy blankets or rugs in the washers or dryers. Please clean any debris out of the washers after use and remove lint from the dryers. 
  • Do not wash clothes, food, dishes, or personal items in the bathrooms.
  • Discharging firearms of any kind including BB guns, paintball guns, bow and arrows, slingshots, or any device that uses burning powder, explosives, compressed cases, etc. is prohibited.                                              
  • Use of fireworks or any other explosives is prohibited.
  • Do not dig up, carve, chop, or cut any live trees or bushes.
  • No digging or permanent satellite hook-ups may be installed.
  • Any site improvements must be pre-approved in writing by management. Any structures become the property of the campground.
  • No clotheslines.
  • Refunds will be made within 5 business days of checkout date providing site is left in good order.
  • POOL RULES:
  • CHILDREN UNDER 15 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN THE POOL ENCLOSURE.
  • ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE POOL ENCLOSURE
  • NO PERSON UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS SHALL BE IN THE POOL AT ANY TIME
  • NO LARGE POOL FLOATS
  • STORMS – LIGHTINING & THUNDER GET OUT OF THE POOL
  • NO FOOD ON THE POOL DECK
  • NO SOLO SWIMMING
  • NO RUNNING, BOISTEROUS OR ROUGH PLAY
  • NO SPITTING OR BLOWING NOSE IN THE POOL
  • PEOPLE WITH DIARRHEA, ILLNESS OR NAUSEA should NOT ENTER the POOL
  • PERSONS WITH SKIN, EYE, EAR OR RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS, OPEN LESIONS OR WOUNDS, or wearing bandages should NOT ENTER the POOL
  • NO ANIMALS OR PETS ALLOWED IN THE POOL ENCLOSURE
  • NO GLASS ALLOWED SIDE THE POOL ENCLOSURE
  • PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL
  • OUR POOL IS OPEN TO ALL AGES FROM 9:00 AM TO 8:00 PM
  • ADULT SWIM IS 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SWIMMERS ALLOWED IN THE POOL IS 210
  • A FIRST AID KIT IS LOCATED IN THE OFFICE
  • LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED AT THE SIDE OF BATH HOUSE
  • AN EMERGENCY PHONE (or other notification device) IS LOCATED ON THE POOL BATHROOM BUILDING
  • Management reserves the right to amend or add to these rules at any time without prior notice. All clarifications of these rules rest solely with management. Violation of any of these rules can cause immediate eviction.
